Carving Blanks

Carving Blanks are blocks of a unique foam makeup that maintain shape during the high temperatures and pressures created during lamination and vacuum processes. The distinctive foam composition has a 90% closed cell structure resulting in no voids or air pockets in the foam. The foam has more dimensional stability over a broad range of operating temperatures. WillowWood’s foam blanks work with all types of carvers.
