OMEGA Scanner

The OMEGA Scanner is a non-contact, hand-held laser scanner that accurately captures deep scars, invaginations, and intricate anatomical surfaces. Applications include:

  • Prosthetic:

    • Ankle Foot Orthosis (AFO)

Using the Scanner is easy. Apply reflective stickers to the surface to be scanned, point the scanner toward the surface, and press the button. The Scanner uses LEDs, cameras, and a laser to determine the position of the stickers and the contours of the surface.

Make basic adjustments to the captured shape with the OMEGA Scanner Wizard, or use individual software tools  for advanced modifications.

The portable OMEGA® Scanner is easy to use in the office or at off-site facilities.
